Receiving Globex data in my intra-day charts

Hi Group:
I have TS2Ki  and my data vendor is e-signal.  For the past two weeks, I 
have been receiving Globex data in my intra-day charts including the 
daily chart.  Any idea why is this happening?  And how could I fix it?
