Market smbol list. Where ?

Is it possible to crate save a MARKET SYMBOL LIST ?

I've recently exported al my data, deleted al global server symbol 
and reimported data BUT I've lost all description of symbols.

So Is it possible to create/save a MARKET SYMBOL LIST ?
