Is there a rule (as per S&P) when the CME currencies, SF, EC & JY switch to
the next month in terms of 'activity'?
I'm not talking about First Notice Day or Last Trading Day ...I want to
know when the volume shifts from one month to the next.
Is there a rule of thumb?!
