It did it again

Hey All,

here is a problem....In the attached GIF, the offline server operated
correctly until I installed an older version of Metastock. Notice where the
date went haywire...

To fix this last month, I had to reinstall Win98..(which evidently fixed the
file(DLL)) that was overwritten by Metastock....

Anyone know where I might find the file that is doing this without actually
reinstalling Win98...
