Did you read your response which follows:

has put up if you can prove your point against his claims on the validity of
the individuals 5th Amendment rights and the viabilty of not having to file
a return."
Mr. Conklin states claims. Have those claims been upheld by any court in
the US? - NO
So they are just that - claims not facts.
Show us some irrefutable, documented, legal proof that those claims have
been upheld by the courts and then we will lend some credence to your
arguments.
