I don't know of one although you could do it yourself if you had the time
etc. to put it together.
I use VIX a lot and have been reading about its uses in trading recently.
Here's a thought: VIX is the implied volatility of near the money options on
the SP100 index. Both the Dow and SP100 are large cap stocks; I think all
or nearly all Dow 30 are in the SP100.
Alternatively or in addition, you could just monitor the implied volatility
of a few at the money Dow options.
