Thx to all those that have made suggestions to help me solve the problem
with my mouse.  The mem. manager did have some positive effect.  However,
the IRQ interrupts and my mouse had no conflicts, nor were there any
conflicts with the memory.  What I did find that have given me better
performance with the mouse was to defrag the drive, again.
