Firewall protection using ZoneAlert vs WatchGuard

What are the adv and disadv of using a program like ZoneAlert as opposed 
to a hardware firewall solution like Watch Guard SOHO?

Has anybody used Watch Guard?  What did you think of it?

If you have several PCs sharing one high speed internet connection, do you 
have to load all machines with a copy of ZoneAlert?  Is Watch Guard a single 
replacement for software like ZoneAlert?
