I second Brian's suggestion. I have used the TE920 serial card under Win98,
NT4 and now Win2k. The card works excellently under all 3 O/S's. The
greatest probablility is a setup conflict. Follow the instructions on
PacificCommware's webpage exactly or call tech support and you should have
no problem.
I will also add that you should strongly consider switching to Win2k. The
performance of the TE920 card is substantially improved. All buffer
overruns are eliminated between the serial card and Global Server. You can
get the Win2k version of the driver by emailing PacificCommware tech
support.

Subject: TS2000 and DTN
Has anyone successfully set up TS2000 with DTN data
receiver using a high speed serial port? Please help
me out.
I tried PacificCommWare's Turbo 920 and got a DOS
error msg "Windows Protection Error. You must restart
your computer." I did and was forced into running in
"Safe Mode" only. I had to take the board out and
restore register with a previous version to get Win 98
back. I am using a brand new Dell 700 with WIndows 98
2nd edition. Was it a bad Turbo 920 or a bad
computer?
