How about this solution:
In Win2k install an aplication called VMWARE
(info on www.vmware.com ) This aplication allows
you to install another operating system while running win2k
On this other operating system install win 3.11
Needs proacticaly no memory so runs very fast on a P2
or P3. Then instal TS4. Probably it can use the same
datafeed as you use in your win2k invoroment.
Now you have TS running in a virtual invorement on your
win2k machine.
