Assuming no problems with your ISP:
Reliability: excellent
Speed: excellent
Customer support: Quote.com - average; Dynastore - excellent
Problems: Due to limitation in the design of the Signal Server, which
Dynastore emulates, the effective throughput is limited to 19.2. This is
insufficient to track a lot of active issues without inducing a lag and/or
dropped ticks. If you are just trading the S&P, it is fine. If you want to
track MSFT, INTC and some of the most active stocks along with the S&P, forget
it. This problem has been discussed ad nauseum on this board. For more
