Richard:
This has been relatively routine, although a nasty thing to see in my
experience with ts4. My prescription for the solution, after screwing
around with tech supp many times, is to restart, then go into: my computer,
C and under omega, find "server". I just delete the server file and drop
my most recent copy of the server file into omega. Usually I backup the
server folder each eve onto my d drive, so this is easy to do. Then you
have to download the most recent day's data from the omega website to
complete your data.
Anyone who has experienced this have a better way?
