Now that's a crock! Fast fills? I don't think so. Sometimes they are between
5 to 20 seconds but other times they take as much as 5 minutes or more. I
can include some if my email trade conformations to back things up. I got
one bad fill from them over a month ago, which they never addressed. The
slippage was over $10 and my size was over 7000. You go figure (I guess if
they would refund my $12.95 for the trade would make the $80,000+ loss OK).
Further trying to get trough their phones simply put is BS. Some of their
brokers are down right rude (Sandry for one). All last week you could not
find out what your account summary was (including buying power) due their
slow servers. How can you trade that way? But to really get the feel what
real traders think about this firm you just need to get on channel 9 of
their chat line where a lot of the people vent their frustration about
MyTrade brokerage.
Next question is how come I use them for the last two months executing about
200 trades? Got a lot of recommendations from list like this one about what
a dream they are. Well dream on. Lots of flashy adds on TV but these guys
are duds.

If you are a day trader for stocks, it is a dream....fast fills,
confirmations right on your screen.
The online monitor software and their servers are totally reliable.
Unfortunately, I trade options and their clearing firm was
terrible.....(Herzog)
but I understand that is changing almost as-we-speak.
By the end of the month even option spreads can be initiated
on-line.....hurray....
I've been waiting for this for a long time !!!
My last option trade with them took 15 minutes to complete....I complained
and they rebated me the full commission !! Nice people.
