You must keep in mind that you are running 2 separate applications: Server
and Charting.  Power Editor would be a third app.  I believe I tried this
once, and I think it didn't work because if you start charting in a separate
memory space, it can't establish communications with the Server.

But here's how you do it.  Go to the icon that starts the program in
question, right click it, select Properties, Shortcut, click Run in Separate
Memory Space.

Also if you do this for many apps, you had better have a lot of memory
because 16-bit DOS boxes (which this creates) take up loads'o'RAM.
