A moment of enlightenment has arrived!

If a company has "management problems", it is the consequence of lower level
employees not meeting their responsibilities by ignoring/eliminating the
poor managers.

And...that the Cruz brothers still run Omega is completely due to the
negligence of the thirdshift janitor in not cleaning them out of their
offices.

I believe we should send this concept to the management gurus.
