I also really enjoyed "The Predictors".
Was fascinated by the incredible hassle
and amount of time this took to get off
the ground. Interesting viewpoint from
non traders learning all the ins and outs.
i.e. slippage, how much a tic is worth,
etc. (all the things we traders forget
we did not know once upon a time.
Believe I found the cheapest one - read
mine from the library. Living out in
the country, we have a very small library
and I was surprised to also find there,
"The Day Trader: From the Pit to the PC"
by Lewis Borsellino, one of the largest
s&p traders. great insider's story of
the s&p pit, the Merc, an incredible ego!
(If I was as good at trading at he is, I
might have the same ego (G).
