Yes, but OR will try to make money any way it can. Why *pay* even a few
testers when you can get lots of current users to *buy* the upgrade and
send $$ to OR for being a beta tester?

Given the above, and the other posts that note the OR beta testing is
'broken', perhaps they don't really have any beta testers at all. Just a
few alphas, and then release it to a hoard of users (beta testers) who
will *pay them* to do the beta testing. Good OR business decision, no?
As was pointed out in another note, no trader is likely to use a TS2k
beta in real trading - much too risky. Being a *good* beta tester is a
lot of work, too - not likely to have many really competent folks
sweating for free to do beta testing. So who's left?
Perhaps the reason why no beta testers will 'stand up' and reply is there
are none :-).
Makes sense, in a funny/tragic way...
