I am also having trouble getting the correct GMT server setting using TS
4.0 build 23 and DBC Signal. I tried setting the Switch to Non Daylight
Savings to 5th Sunday of Oct but this failed to work. I also tried
setting the date itself to 10/31/1999 but that failed to work.
Does anyone know of a workaround? Please email me directly as well as
the list since I get the digest version and would like to get the
correct solution by the open tomorrow if possible.
Omega Research has nothing about this problem on their FAQ or Knowledge
Base on their website. I will be emailing them directly as well.
