I was showing -300 GMT in the Server, which I am assuming is incorrect
(until next Sunday). Thus it should be -240 (based upon Eastern Daylight
Savings Time with respect to GMT).
I am running 4.23 also.
To get back to -240, I used the Tools--Exchange Universe Setup sequence
while in the Server.
For EACH exchange for which I collect intraday data, I highlighted it &
then hit Edit Exch...Edit Daylight Savings.
I have Daylight Savings Rules selected.
In the Switch to Non Daylight Savings part of the dialog box, under Week,
Day of Month, I changed Last to Fifth.
This may be THE slowest & obtuse way to do it, but I just wanted to get it
done & I'm now reading -240 GMT in the bottom of the Server window.
If anyone reads this & sees something I did incorrectly, please let ME know!
