When in doubt TEST!!!! :-)
Try the Window/ArrangeAll thing. I don't know about TS2K but it works
for TS4. Click the charts in reverse order. Window/ArrangeAll will sort
them from top to bottom and left to right.

Save the workspace and the next time you open it they will open in 4321
order. It keeps those settings until the next time you save the
workspace. So, if you save every time you close it, you have to do the
sort first. Easier to just not save it if you haven't changed anything.
