EDWARD R. VELAZQUEZ, II
Edward R. Velazquez II, an expert developer of computerized trading systems,
is a cofounder of TeachTrade.Com, an educational Web site for traders, and

online.
Mr. Velazquez is also president of Borsellino Capital Management Inc., a
Chicago-based money-management firm that offers managed accounts for

An accomplished technical expert, Mr. Velazquez is a proponent of trading
using totally objective computer-based systems. He is the programmer and
developer of the RJ-1 proprietary computerized trading program, used by
Borsellino Capital Management.
He is the founder and president of V-Tek Advisors Inc., an advisory and
portfolio management services firm that has been restructured into Borsellino
Capital Management, Inc. In addition, he is a Certified Omega Research
Solutions Provider and has provided custom programming of indicators and
trading systems to a variety of clients worldwide.
He is also a featured speaker at industry conferences.
