Dear TJ,
Over the past several days, and much to our
disappointment, our backbone provider has been
experiencing undeterminable technical problems
with a fiber line or core router. We have joined
day and evening conference calls with the fiber
carriers and well-known router manufacturer
involved in order to provide a continued high-
quality of service. This problem is only associated
by chance with the release of withit Software.
As of yesterday afternoon (Thursday), we have
put into action an emergency plan to switch
backbones to multi-homed solution in Chicago, IL
and New York, NY over Qwest and Global Crossing
backbones. This process would normally take 45-60
days. We have commitments to be operational in the
next several days. You will not be required to do
anything. We will notify all clients again when
complete. We apologize for the inconvenience and
assure you that everything is being done to escalate
this to completion.
