As far as I know, Mr Bill Clinton is not in charge of the US monetary
policy.
Instead you should thank Mr Alan Greenspan for implementing wise decisions
at the FOMC
and your former US treasury secretary, Mr Robert Rubin.
Even if Mr Bill Clinton is a great guy.
