A follow-up:
I created two new charts exactly the same, and the new charts *did* have
the correct prices in both charts. However, after clicking around and
applying indicators for a while, one of the new charts also began to have
problems. It seems something is causing the price scale to be 'frozen' and
no longer changes when you go back and forth through the data. The error I
mentioned originally was because the frozen scale was not correct when the
chart was resized a bit.
