If you want to use a FAT32 file system with Windows NT 4, take a look at a
FREE utility at
http://www.sysinternals.com/fat32.htm
Several utilities which make working with NT easier.
(Standard Disclaimer - I didn't use it, I don't own it, Never heard of the
developers, get nothing for this, use at your own risk, etc.)
