I use his Vel, JMA and CFB. I wrap a %R in his Vel, 
and the use the CFB to calculate the lookback 
for the oscillator peaks, and the JMA as the filter 
on the oscillator (if C > above long, if C < short)
on 5 minute SPY bars.

Works for me.
