System execution sequence

  I'm rusty at working with multiple systems in different
workspaces. I want to pass GV's and open files in the
correct order.
  Seems I remember that the last one turned on is the 1st
executed in realtime.
  Is this correct? Or can the sequence be changed by simply
clicking on the windows in reverse order?
