An Indicator on an Indicator

There have been postings inquiring about how to place an indicator on an
indicator. E.g., placing automatic trendlines on, say, a RSI or CCI
plot. Or placing a linear regression line on a RSI or CCI or whatever
plot. I can’t recall the answers posted (if any) on how to do this and
have stumbled into a solution. I’ll post a solution if it hasn’t been
posted (or if posted when was it posted?) I did a search of the list but
did not find anything on this topic (wrong search words?).
