TS 4 and Option vue 5 using bmi

I am trying to run TS 4 and OV 5 with a splitter into 2 com ports for both 
these programs.  I get TS to run fine but I am have less than success with OV 
5.

a. Do I need to use data manager from bmi's market center?  The data manager 
from OV 5 doesn't seem to pick up data.

b. Any suggestions?
