Build23 Date Boxes only hold 7 digits

Here's a note I sent to TechSupp today.

Hi Omega folks,

  The startdate and enddate boxes in TS4 build 23 only hold
7 date digits in the offline server. The same problem will become
critical in the online server during the second week of December.
  Therefore, starting and ending dates between 12/10/yyyy and
12/31/yyyy cannot be loaded.
  At least I haven't figured out a way to do it.
  This is paramount to loading most futures contracts because
most futures have December contracts. Anyone studying past
data or bringing historical data up to y2k specs is stuck if they
have upgraded to the y2k patch.
