off topic-calling excel macro experts

Hi,
Please forgive the off-topic

This is probably very simple for those with VBA understanding and i would 
greatly appreciate it if someone could send me the macro to accomplish the 
following:

If the cell in column n is >7 then insert a blank row
If the cell in column n is >14 then insert a blank row
If the cell in column n is >30 then insert a blank row
