Isn't commitment just another word for discipline? I see discipline as "a
commitment to do something, no matter how you feel about it." I excercise 5
days a week, but I hardly ever *feel* like it. I have just made a
commitment to do it whether or not I feel like it. In other words, I've
disciplined myself.
