ISDEX Symbol & BMI ?

Can someone give me the proper procedure for adding the Internet Stock 
Index (the "ISDEX" ) to the BMI RealTime Server (using TS4.0)??  I 
called BMI but the guy on tech support was clueless, oh go look at our 
site, it should be there, and if it isn't we don't support it.  I went to 
look, and it isn't at their site.

.but I have heard people buzz that they are monitoring it with BMI.
