Well that explains quite a bit. Having not seen it myself I will have to
take your word for it. However having dealt with Omega myself, I would have
to assume that any Omega presence here was not honest knowlegable tech
support, but more likely either incompetent tech support, or spin doctoring.
Companies and individuals do not get bashed for no good reason. Chances are
that Omega has created this problem themselves. The various answers I have
gotten to my questions all seem to say that Omega has little concern for the
real users and more concern for the new users, where the money supply is.
As for the Bitch/Bash List, you see what you look at. I see alot of things
on this list. Sorting out how to get the software to work does seem to be
one of the main topics of this list. If you pay a large sum of money for a
product you expect it to work. If it doesnt work and there is not a solution
forthcoming, anger sets in. That is human nature. Since people cannot go to
Omega directly for solutions and they still want one, they come here hoping
that someone can help them. If they complain and vent their frustrations
then I consider that normal. Yes it is unfortunate that such a condition
exits, but I do not blame the users for that, I blame Omega for that. I
don't consider that bashing. I consider that reality.

Unfortunately there are a small number of people on this List who have no
respect for anyone from Omega. In the past, they piled-on quickly and
mercilessly bashed almost anyone from Omega whenever they posted messages to
this List.
Much like learning to not touch a hot burner more than once, the Omegans
have learned the hard way. Omega has its own support facility and they
focus their attention there.
For whatever it's worth, this has become the Omega Bitch/Bash list.
