Re: Prosuite 2000i problems

I'm also having serious problems, even with NT and a high speed serial port,
DTN satellite, and a powerful computer. For example, all of my stock charts
were beginning each day showing thirty minutes of one very high erroneous
price. After trying everything I had to uninstall everything and start from
scratch, losing all data (for some reason Omega will not release refresh
tick data older than two days).

A question please, about the serial port. I have a TurboCom high speed
serial port card installed, but I can't get GlobalServer to recognize it
properly under NT 4.0 SP4 (it worked fine under Win98). DTN box is set to
460800, serial port is set to the maximum 115000 allowed under NT,
multiplier in the TurboCom card is set to 4, as per their instructions.
Under Data Feed Setting/DTN in GlobalServer, 115000 is the maximum setting
allowed, at 460800 it will not connect. Do you have this problem? Is it a
problem? Thanks much.
