As someone who regularly trades 25-100 lots in the bonds I never have a
problem getting fills. Bonds are extremely deep. Except for market
orders on payroll days one should never have to wait more than 1 minute
for fills. BTW - this is through a phone broker. I have no knowledge
regarding electronic trading fill times.
