Wrong. This another example of popular revisionism.
I believe it was the Brits who were freaked out. THe Brits had never heard of
such a thing a citizens bearing arms and the second amendment say arms not
muskets.

Unfortunately, history provides ample evidence that the bigger they are the
more abusive governments become. Take the Romans for instance, It too had a
parliament. They merely enslaved 4 out of every five people in the empire.
BTW, we all do not have atomic bombs and the size of my neighbor's gun(an
atomic bomb) doesnot deprive me of my right and responsibility to protect my
family.

I <snipped > this pathetic TV dribble. IT is unfortunate that a TV

is held as an authority these days.

They use knives now and the people are just as dead.

I was in Germany for the last few weeks and they were saying that they could
not understand how this shooting in Littleton could happen. "WE don't have
this in Europe. IT must be that cowboy mentality in America." The very next
day 5 people were shot coming out of a disco in Germany. It got a 10 minute
news spot. That was it. IT happens there too. It just that the media
doesn't spend several weeks on it. The Germans seem more interested in the
antics of the Green party.
