.OMZ exports from TS 4.0 Futuresource server

Does anyone know the procedure for exporting intraday
data in .omz format from a futuresource server for
Tradestation 4.0. 

I have found the SPY tic data I have been looking for.
The problem is the person with the data has no idea
how to export it from their futuresource server.
