Interesting,  But given human nature, this is probably not achievable.
Human nature being what it is, until a pure Utopia can be formed where all
people act a certain way and all people value the same things and no one
steps outside of expectations, Mankind will always find a "currency"  In
some places that could be food, vehicles, wine, sex, guns, etc...  

Its called a barter system and comes into being during the times when the
"official" currency does not meet a person's needs. 

No one should fool themselves into thinking that just by doing away with
"currency", that all the misbehaviors of mankind will just go away.
