Sorry I forgot to cc you on that last note... Everybody associated with the
CTA has to pass the series 3 exam. It's just a technicality - the cta is an
entity, not a person. So it couldn't take a test even if it wanted to.

Somehow I can't believe they actually intend to censor private
conversations. Is this really true? I haven't seen the proposed regs. Seems
like a completely unrealistic goal, doomed to fail on it's own. Thought
control doesn't work even in totalitarian countries.

I think the whole reason the CFTC was set up was to clean up the markets
after the 1929 crash. And I'm pretty sure things are much more honest and
fair than they were back then. Works for me anyway!
