Dear Dow Jones Data Vendor:

Starting with Friday, May 7, stock market trading, the Dow Jones
Transportation Average and the 65-stock Composite Average will be calculated
with new divisors because of FDX Corp.'s 2-for-1 stock split.

As a result, the divisor for the 20 Transportations changes to 0.22592352
from 0.24084679 and the 65 stocks to 1.1705683 from 1.1873452.
