I would like to know the date of this information.  If it was before the
date of the release of OR 10Q filing with the SEC it is quite possible that
financial information contained therein  is misleading.  That would make a
nice lawsuit.

I really don't understand Sam Tennis' view on this.   Why shouldn't the
investor and consumer be informed.  Isn't a crime to harbor a criminal?
Admittedly,  Misleading statements in a 10Q filing is a white collar crime
but it is still crime.
