Hi Gary,

Thanks for your thoughts...  you are correct in that it is always very
frustrating to invest time and dollars in a (any) product only to discover
later that it is not suitable for the intended task (for whatever reason).
We either learn to live with it, or cut our losses (literally) and invest
new time and dollars toward another solution.

There's a huge difference in my view between a post that says:

"I've been having trouble getting TS 2k to do such-and-such, and I had the
same problem in TS4",   ...vs...  "Omega software is all junk and Bill Cruz
is a crook, etc. etc."
