I have done this. It works very well. The faster the network, the better
it works. Installation is a breeze. You can even do it over the internet.
(Did this to fix a problem with my mom's computer). Very useful tool. My
group uses it when dialing into the corporate network from home to get to
our desktop. Note, it is SLOW over a dialup (28.8) connection, but not
intolerable.
