DialData - satisfied?

Dear Simon:

I've used Dial Data for about 3 years mainly for 2 reasons:

1) Historical stock data that I can easily load into the Server; and

2) Best (but not good), inexpensive non-US/Canadian stock coverage (at
least that I am aware of, so if someone knows something better, please let
me know).

I'm not that happy with the quality of their futures & index data and
unlike Bridge CRB, which I also have, they don't correct the data. I always
use Bridge if possible and Dial Data as a backup to supplement my real-time
BMI feed (which I'm also not impressed with).

If I call about a symbol and they say they'll get back to me, I've had
perhaps 1 or 2 return calls in the 3 years.

Lastly, they're based in New York, need I say more?

Regards,

FPI
