I don't know who or where the ball was dropped by Signal On-Line. When SOL
has outages they don't bother to send out e-mails and I don't have the time
to ping or trace all the connections. What I do know when SOL is not coming
in and QC is coming in, is that the problem is not with my ISP - it's SOL
which has the problem. QC doesn't need to send out e-mails because the QC
status bar shows a continuous color coded (green/yellow/red) delay factor on
a continuous basis as well as the name of the sever to which QC is currently
connected. When one server gets slow, QC switches and it's not unusual to
see the names of several differnet servers during the day.
