TS 2000 - still has max of 4 Plot Statements

Omega apparently couldn't be bothered to increase the number of Plot statements
for TS 2000, and Plot statements still aren't allowed in systems.

Overall, considering 3+ years of development for TS 2000, there seems to have
been little more than a rather pathetic attempt to improve Easy Language for TS
2000.
