Melissa Virus - what to look for

This is what I saw on the news tonight:
The Melissa virus has as it's subject IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM  xxxxxx
The xxxxx is anyone who might have you in their Address Book.

The e-mail contains the attachment: list.doc

If you open list.doc, and your computer supports Microsoft Word macro's, the
virus attempts to sent itself via e-mail from you to the first 10 people in your
Address Book.
