I have been using Ts for a long time 3.5 & 4.0 . I was looking forward
to the new upgrade very much.
I went to there all day seminar in Boston & felt I was prepared to
go ahead with the upgrade I was able to get it running OK but what a
disappointment. Talk about slow this is it. The first day getting close
to 3:50 PM I was getting quotes in time dated 5 min. earlier.
That evening I downloaded from historybank & finally went to bed it
was taking so long.
I have BMI Sat. ended up with 55000 stocks so deleted 53500 now running
a little better .
Brought up a daily chart & added volume guess what had maybe 6-8
days of volume. Checked data & the total Vol was there just not charting
it. called tech support he tried on there machines & found the same. I
use a lot of 1 vol tick charts & can see where the trades are going
through on up or down ticks & the vol of the trade. The new window just
lists the trades at the price but does not seperate up & down.
This program was brought out way too soon, Tech support is difficult
to get & of little help when you do ( too many new people)
I have just gotten my RMA# & this baby is going back. Maybe I will
try again in a few months but only when I see more positive comments on
this list. So back to 4.0.
I am just pissed I have spent as much time as I have on this dog, &
find it hard to believe OR would push this out the door so soon
