I just got a call from Bill Crews addressing the patch issue and any other
concerns I might have had concerning Omega and TS4 or TS2000i. I'm
impressed by the action taken to express their appreciation of me being a
customer. Being heard and being paid attention too goes along way with me.
If their policy is changing or being rejuvenated towards a customer
oriented company then Omega will be around for quite a while.
